My name is Ian Hellyer, a local driving instructor covering Inverclyde and surrounding areas.
I offer a wide range of driving lessons and courses to suit all levels of driving. All ages and abilities are welcome including nervous pupils and complete beginners. Learning with Ian Hellyer School of Motoring will teach you not just how to pass the driving test but how to drive with confidence and ability.

ADI approved and registered tuition
A driving plan to suit you
Full hour lessons
Part 1 Theory and Hazard Perception training in preparation for the tests.
As well as the standard learner tuition I also provide short motorway and country driving courses for those who already hold a licence but may lack the confidence to widen their driving skills.
Ian Hellyer School of Motoring uses a Vauxhall Corsa for one to one tution in a calm environment.
The driving will be flexible and geared towards your needs so that you can learn at a pace that suits you.
